led a reframe rooted in adidas’ unique legacy at the intersection of sport, culture, and creative expression. we stopped chasing competitors and built a system around what adidas truly owned: credibility, heritage, and edge.

riot games

community → infrastructure → reinvention

redefined what marketing meant by empowering the community. built tools, access, and creative systems so players and creators shaped the story. it wasn’t a campaign — it was infrastructure for culture.

linqto

promise → pressure → stewardship

joined a fintech company with a bold mission. under regulatory and reputational pressure, brand became stewardship — rebuilding clarity and care with a community where spin wasn’t an option.

unpaired

zero → culture → $50m+

built a narrative-first web3 brand from scratch during a rare convergence of culture and technology. the result: a breakout project with $50m+ revenue and lasting cultural imprint.

tender greens

mission → digital → survival

regrounded the brand in its original values and rebuilt digital systems for consistency and scale — moves that helped drive turnaround and survive covid’s industry-wide stress test.

robinhood

advised during early hypergrowth as signals of plateau emerged. helped define why brand mattered beyond the product and built a roadmap to evolve marketing around people, not just efficiency.
